How does LEGIOSIX make tax filing easier?
Because your accounts are set up in one place, tax filing is quick and easy. Once our EA prepares tax forms base on your records and they are reviewed by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), you’ll be able to file both federal and state taxes online with just a few clicks.
Are there additional fees?
Included in LEGIOSIX is corporate tax return preparation and filing with up to four tax forms per year. If you have tax needs beyond this, we can still support you with negotiated price savings that are well below market rates.

How much does LEGIOSIX Recruiting cost?
Because we have talents all over the world, we have a lot of flexibility here. You only pay 15% of your hire’s first year base salary, 30% for temporary workers, and 15% for independent contractors. You only pay when the candidate is hired.
What about payroll, benefits, and HR?
We will onboard you to Gusto’s payroll platform, where your company’s Payroll, Health Benefits, 401(k) Plans, and HR will be managed without needing to learn the software. Service includes a one-time setup fee of $99 plus Gusto’s monthly fees.

How long does it take?
Because of LEGIOSIX’s arrangements with participating banks, the approval process is quick, and there’s no need to visit a bank branch. You’ll be able to start making purchases immediately.
Can I use my preferred bank?
If your preferred bank is set up to integrate with our accounting and bookkeeping systems, you can feel free to work with them. For a list of approved banks and credit cards, see our FAQ.

Requirements to work

  • Workers must be 18 or older
  • Workers cannot have any major violations in the last 7 years, including: DUI, Reckless Driving, Homicide or Assault, Driving with a suspended license, failure to stop or report and driving with a license that is suspended or expired
  • Workers cannot have more than 3 incidents* in the last 3 years
After you are conditionally approved to be onboarded, LEGIOSIX will run a criminal background check with your consent.
LEGIOSIX conducts background checks in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. LEGIOSIX will always conduct an individualized assessment. LEGIOSIX will only consider arrests or criminal accusations that are pending or that resulted in a conviction within the past 7 years.
How long does the application process take?
We do our best to make the whole process quick and easy - and, if you’re free to attend an assessment straight away, the whole thing can take as little as 1 day!

*An incident is an accident or a moving violation other than a major violation. An accident and violation occurring at the same time will be considered one incident.
